Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate others or use offensive usernames. We may reset a username that violates this.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate scores, coins, streaks, or duels.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the app or its backend.
• Abuse the referral or invite system (e.g. self-referrals, spam invites).
• Harass other players in duels or in messages sent through the app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may reverse coins, XP, prestige, or rewards obtained through cheating.

Virtual items & currency

• Coins, XP, hearts, wallpapers, themes, power-ups, and other in-app items are a virtual license for use inside Folder Rush only.
• They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We may adjust prices, rewards, drop rates, and availability at any time to balance gameplay.
• Coin packs are available as one-time purchases in the shop. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Coins are delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. You must be signed in to make a purchase.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding coins are removed from your balance — see our Refund Policy.

Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, invoicing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms. Our own refund window and request process are described in our Refund Policy.

User content

Messages you send through Contact Us, bug reports, feedback, and referral links are content you provide to us. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to operate and improve the app. Don't submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains anyone else's private information.

Intellectual property

Folder Rush, its logo, characters (including "Glitch"), artwork, code, and content are owned by Liner Ventures. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the app for entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party services

The app relies on third-party providers (Lovable Cloud, Google, Apple, Cloudflare) described in our Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for outages or actions of those services.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress, coins, or duel results will always be preserved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liner Ventures disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liner Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed USD $50.

Termination

You may stop using Folder Rush at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other players, or abuse the systems described above. Virtual items associated with a terminated account are forfeited.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
